Ordered a funeral arrangement for best friend's mothers funeral paid $112.77 and the flowers never made it to the funeral home they came to MY HOUSE.... The day after the funeral...when I called them they said that I must have given them that address for delivery. Of course since I paid with a credit card they had to have my address for billing purposes.any way they sent someone back to my house... Read more

Wish I had checked this out first, but yeah, ordered on the 17th, and they were not delivered. I call them the next day tell them fine w/e as long as they get delivered by 530 on the 18th. I call at 6 and say they are still delivering. Keep in mind this is a $70 order that I put in. I feel like for that kind of money you could expect some halfway decent product and service. My parents used this company's delegated representative local florist to send me flowers for a milestone birthday, and spent good money on it. Ordered through Flowers Express, no delivery made, yet I was billed, and when I called in to complain, they said "that order confirmation belongs to someone else, we don't know you" It took an hour and 5 phone calls just to get a hand written case created, as they like to pretend the call is being dropped. This is so sad to read all the dreadful reviews! It seems like something could be done to stop these people! I also paid for express delivery which made my total $129 for 18 roses. When I called to confirm delivery they would just put me on hold until I would get so frustrated I would hang up! And I would get put on hold for over 20 minutes every time I called! That is what my ordered bouquet consisted of, 5 lousy flowers. I complained and got a stander end form letter with a promo code for the next order. Bullcrap promo code for a bullcrap business. When you call the florist they answer very quickly, are happy to take your order and charge your credit card very fast. They record the conversation for their record, which means that they have proof that you ordered flowers. I ordered $96 worth of two dozen roses. On Oct. 2nd, I ordered two dozen roses to be delivered that day to my 35 year old daughter who was in the hospital. They had me write out a note on the web site which they charged me 3.95 for. They only delivered 1 dozen roses, (I ordered two), they delivered a day late after she was already home. And there was no card or note so she didn't know who they came from.
