This company is a scam! I was completely mortified. The person I sent the flowers to told me they looked very unprofessionally arranged and they were jammed in a small vase haphazardly. I paid $66.00 which was charged for shipping and handling when it was supposed to be free. Then after I ordered they said there was a delay and wasn't going to be delivered the day I requested. I also paid a $10 upgrade to get a deluxe boquet. The arrangement was anything but deluxe!!!! Terrible company and after I complained I had to fight to get a $25.00... Read more

I ordered and paid for same day rush for a very special occasion that was time sensitive. The flowers were delivered 4 days late. I have been on the phone 4 times trying to track the order, complain etc. At first all they would do is give me a credit on next order. That is meaningless, since I would never order from them again. Finally, I got them to agree to refund me the "Sales Fee" of $22.49. A VERY disappointing experience. Their tracking system was not really a tracking system. On April 29th I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom on her birthday the next day on April 30th. It was her 60th birthday, so a milestone and we live in different states, so I could not be there on her birthday. The day of delivery, customer service called her...yes, her, not me, to confirm her address...so Much for a surprise, only to NEVER deliver her flowers. I order on a Saturday for same day delivery at 1:00pm online. Then I called numerous times and had them call the company to make sure the order would at least be sent out that day. TheY ensured me that IT would happen since deliveries stop at 7:00PM. Keep in mind I did it on Saturday hoping it would get there. Over two weeks ago I ordered flowers for a loved one going through cancer treatments. I couple of days ago the charge from Wesley Berry Flowers went up on my account. I contacted my loved one to ask if she had gotten the flowers and she said no. This morning I called to tell them that the flowers were not delivered and it has been two weeks. I placed an order for a beautiful bouquet of pink roses and alstroemeria in a pink vase with a pink ribbon to be delivered before 3pm to the work address of our son's girlfriend for her birthday. This is totally a bait and switch company run by boiler room telemarketers. You pay extra for everything so prices on website are less than half of what you actually pay. I ordered flowers Saturday morning for my daughter's open house on Sunday for her new practice. I was promised SEVERAL TIMES flowers would be delivered on time for open house. I ordered a heart shape of red and white sympathy flowers to be sent to my brother in laws funeral in another state. Ordered in plenty of time. 10 days prior. 4 days prior I called to confirm order was received and good to go with the info. Could not talk to anyone that could speak English and ended up hanging up. I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Saturday, which my invoice confirmed. Instead, the flowers were delivered on Friday, ruining the surprise for my recipient. Also, you go through the entire ordering process online and then at the very end they add on a sneaky "sales fee" of $12.77, further inflating the cost. I wish I had read the employee reviews before giving my money to these people. I would have changed my plans.
