Placed an order for same day delivery back in April. I received emails it was out for delivery only to be called almost an hour later telling me they couldn't fill the order the same day because I placed the order too late in the day (placed at 2pm, the florist they gave the order to closed at 5, that's more than enough time). When I first contacted Berry Flowers I thought I was getting a local florist because I searched on "florists in Hamden, Connecticut." There was no indication that I was not. But there was a "sales fee"'attached. Wasn't that for the flowers I just ordered? When I called to complain, a got a foreign speaker I could not understand. I persisted up the chain. The WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I have serious doubts this is a real company. Mother's Day Flowers NEVER delivered. 5 attempts to contact company to resolve. Horrible experience bought 2 dozen roses upgraded to premium and a box of chocolate got a bouquet of carnation with 4 roses not upgraded and no chocolate. This was suppose to be for my wife and and my 5th anniversary. When I tried to get reimbursed its been a dog and pony show. Been over a week and no money Add comment

I ordered the perfect cheer and upgraded it to the highest upgrade and the flowers werent what I ordered. Called the customer service number and was told the fulfillment center didn't have the flowers so their policy is to substitute what they can. I placed an order with this joke of a florist on May 3rd at 2:21 p.m. and couldn't understand why they all sounded Asian! The order was to arrive on May 6th for my sisters birthday and I called Customer Service and spoke with Molly, at 4:27 (she said "let me call the delivery guy" she said he's 7 minutes away) they were still NOT delivered on time. I ordered flowers over the phone on May 9 to be delivered that day. I realized a week later that I never received an e-mail receipt for the flowers. When I called WB on 5/16 they told me my email was invalid. I asked if the flowers had been delivered and she couldn't tell me because I didn't have the order number. I had everything else though. I placed an order in the evening of 5/9 for flowers delivered to my friend on 5/11. One minute later placing the order, I realized that my husband placed an order in that afternoon at a local flower shop and was delivered to my friend already.
