Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday at 5:00am for same day delivery. After waiting all day to hear of her surprise, the flowers were a no show until about 7:30pm, with no follow up or confirmation to my order as ususal. Trying to follow up to see where they were, I started trying to reach the "7 X 24 customer service center that is always staffed" with voicemail and email, but they did not... Read more

My daughter sent me flowers for my birthday. They are disgusting. Only1/3 of what should be in the arrangement. You should be ashamed to send something like this out. Add comment

Ordered same day delivery...flowers were 2 days late. When I called the customer service line they hung up on me 5 different times and before I could talk to a manager or supervisor I had to tell them what the problem was first. Place is a major rip off. Did not get a sympathy arrangement. Got 6 flowers with a ton of green filler. Called the florist who Wesley Berry sent the order to. The statement on the order was , SEND 50 DOLLARS OF FLOWERS ANY KIND. I ordered flowers from our office for a sick co worker they took my money and said that the flowers would be delivered the same day at 7p.m. It is Monday and still no flower and have tried 5 times to talk to someone. Bring back my money!!! I just cancelled my order just after I ordered, Nov. 5, 2014 because I found out that I had a lot of fees in my bill that's why my bill was so high amounted to $190.20!!! Their customer service reps will not help you especially in cancellation of order. Reps will just transfer your call to their cancellation dept. after you waited for 20-30 minutes for nothing!!!! Nothing was delivered to the Church at all. Both arrangements went missing???? I called and asked for the arrangements to be sent to the house around the corner from the church. One flimsy bouquet showed up three hours later!! No refunds, no responses to complaints. Scam artists and fraudsters. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered through phone five days in advance. I made many calls everyday to ask why I did not receive email confirmation. Every person I talked to assured I will get an email. They charged my card and was bothered. One day before the occasion, I received an email that they cancelled my order! Not even one star I shall rate this florist shop! I was so frustrated!
