same day service a total joke. I ordered flowers on 1/30/15, never got them I called last nite and was told first thing today. Not! Now they will call me back. I live in Michigan. My friend lives in CO. This company is not very organized. I am so mad. Add comment

Also called: flowerdeliveryexpress.com Awful service - needs to be shut down - non delivery of $63 of flowers. No response. Never answer phone. Robot emails. Worst Internet experience in 10 years. BUYER BEWARE-never ever use these scam artists. call local florist direct - these guys are just middle men - RIP OFF. Add comment

Flowers never delivered. Connected with someone in customer service after 3 days who then "transferred" me to another dept. I have filled out a support form when then never goes through. Send button does not work. All phone numbers lead to same voice recording, telling you to order on line even though you've already pressed "existing order". Called and ordered flowers, payed for the express delivery and they said instead of paying $86.64 which is the original price that I would get it all for a discount at $50. Which when I checked my bank account that had charged me the full price of $86.64. I tried calling all day, emailed and no response, just to make sure my flowers would be delivered that same day and get the price figured out.... Read more

I Placed an order (9am)for flowers to be delivers to a local Funeral Home and paid extra to have them rushed I then phoned the toll free number to confirm the order would be delivered. The young lady I spoke to stated "Oh, yes ma'am we deliver in that area all the time". I get a call 2 hours before (4pm) our family viewing and they are telling me they don't a delivery person!! I was going to order this and found all the extras tacked on, hit the back button and it submitted instead. You can never talk to a person about the problem. What looked like a $26.99 order, after rebates were applied, turned to $73.99. You only saw the final fees, after you submitted your order. I also had a negative experience with this company. The cost of the arrangement was very high. However, I chose the "best" option as it was a funeral of someone special.
