OMG.Where do I begin..Dont order from these people..Wesley Berry Flowers is a joke .i paid extra to get flowers delivered on Saturday..well its 9:10 pm no flowers yet..Im disappointed.in the way there ad said fast delivery and 5 star service. Ordered flowers, ballon and stuffed animal online on 4-23-2015. Paid extra for next day delivery. Total was 88.72. Did not deliver before she was discharged from hospital on 4-24-2015. Brokenhearted 8 year old granddaughter. Still in the process of trying to get refund. They left the delivery at the hospital desk without checking to make sure she was still there. 1. there was no Inspection on the Inspection card 2. there was no Flower Food (Normally ALWAYS flowers that are mailed come with flower food) 3. WILTED 4. They are thieves as a profession. They take your money and never deliver. Everyone I call they promise you the moon but I had to close my bank account to feel safe after they robbed me for $54. Add comment

I ordered flowers - same day delivery. By the end of the day they still weren't delivered so I called to check on the order - they said they could be delivered until 10pm. By the next morning they still never delivered the flowers. So I called again and they told me to check my email for delivery status. This company is a ripoff artist. Flowers delivered after the event, not what I ordered, poor quality, refuse to return calls or refund money. Keep sending me rebates to use them again, never. Making it a personal mission to blast them until this is made right. Add comment

They are thieves. They take your order, take your money and never deliver your flowers. When you call in to complain and request a refund, they place you on hold and transfer you to a voicemail service. In order to get your money back you have to contact your credit card company and submit a fraud complaint. I am suing them! NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY Add comment

I ordered flowers they never delivered them and when I called them with confirmation numbers they would transfer me and tell me to stay on line then I would get a recording saying leave a message and we will get back to you. Quick to take money then nobody new nothing I plan on reporting them to the Better business bureau and maybe the attorney general for fraud the worst service ever I am 49... Read more
