After more than five calls to a call center out of the country, the website that won't accept Master Card and rude call taker I drove to the Commerce office. I was a "victim" of the bait and switch/over charge for fees. This solution worked for a 100 % REFUND. Chose flowers for my wife on our 1st Anniversary, but when I called them, they gave a price that was doubled what the internet stated. I too thought this was a local company. I ordered a nice bouquet. What they shipped out was something completely different and in my impression, inferior. I think it was a cheaper bouquet. I logged onto their website. Thought they were a local florist. I hit submit for a charge of $49.50.. Three minutes later, American Express notified me I had been charged $89.50 on my credit card.??????????
