I ordered flowers early in the morning and paid for same day delivery to a little girl who had surgery and was in pain. I thought the flowers would brighten her day but they never arrived. Called late the same night and was they were on the truck. They were never delivered. 30 mins on hold. That was just ONE phone call to this pathetic scamming outfit. 6 more calls, more holding, 6 different reps. Online order Never gave me final total charges for my order. Receipt was emailed to me, containing only a confirmation number. No dollar amount. Not one of the reps could access my account with my order number nor give me a total. I ordered flowers for my mom for next day delivery! When they weren't deliver by 7pm they said they had i until 10 pm to deliver! WTH! Called next day and they said they would be delivered the following day so I canceled the order. I spoke to the "Sr. Care Rep" Corey 3 times and twice she hung up on me! Do Not purchase anything from them. Purchased flowers for a funeral. They never showed up and they have refused to give us a refund. Stay far away from these company. I have contacted them a Nimber of time. They are a fraud Add comment

Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday at 5:00am for same day delivery. After waiting all day to hear of her surprise, the flowers were a no show until about 7:30pm, with no follow up or confirmation to my order as ususal. Ordered same day delivery...flowers were 2 days late. When I called the customer service line they hung up on me 5 different times and before I could talk to a manager or supervisor I had to tell them what the problem was first. Place is a major rip off. Did not get a sympathy arrangement. Got 6 flowers with a ton of green filler. Called the florist who Wesley Berry sent the order to. The statement on the order was , SEND 50 DOLLARS OF FLOWERS ANY KIND.
