I purchased an arrangement for my wife's birthday on 04/09/13 to be delivered 04/20/13. 10 minutes later I sent them an email requesting that my order be cancelled because I was just going to purchase them on my own because they are way overpriced, my mistake. No delivery was made!!!! I ordered flowers from Wesley Berry florist days in advance for my daughter's birthday and was charged on the same day. When I ordered, I received a verification of the order and delivery date. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY--PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS. 500 COMPLAINTS!!!!??? RIDICULOUS!!! Wish I would have found this site before ordering from them. Was promised that flowers would be delivered to my mother-in-law on Thursday. No delivery was made on Thursday, I called Friday and was advised, "no they couldn't be delivered." I was promised delivery on Friday.....still no flowers on Saturday. Called Saturday and was advised that the order was cancelled. PALM BEACH, FL. - I ordered two separate sets of flowers from these guys last week on Monday, this is where the problem already began. They over-charged me for the flowers by $40.00 to begin with. I ordered flowers for my mother in law, same day delivery. Not only did the flowers get there a DAY LATE. I was given attitude by the customer services representative that said their apology was $30 credit off my next order. On 2/27/13 I ordered flowers for a funeral.I specified that I did not want any substitutions, unless it was for another item that I specified. I was assured it would not be substituted, unless the gladiolas were a different color, but no other subs.On 3/6, when the grieving person returned to work and thanked me for the flowers and described them, they WERE NOT the flowers I specifically ordered.... I ordered flowers from this company for my parents' 51st anniversary. My mom is battling cancer and hasn't been able to get out of the house, so I thought a bouquet of roses would brighten her day.
