Wrong Delivery Date/Refused to resolve

I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to a funeral service on a particular date. I called and confirmed the date several times and received an itemized receipt, confirming the date of delivery. The day before the service I learned that the arrangement had been delivered a day early; the company did not contact me in any way to confirm or note a change. I spoke to three different individuals, was given a different story from each of them and was not offered any type of reimbursement or restitution for the error. When they tried to lay the blame on the church's delivery procedures I offered to get the church on the phone so they could verify this, the manager refused to comply, said it was their error but they were still not going to resolve the matter. Do NOT utilize this service, the staff is rude and incompetent and showed absolutely no remorse in their error...this for a funeral service, no less. I spoke with two managers, Gabby and Tammy, and neither would claim responsibility or offer any solution on how to resolve the problem. As a result, my arrangement was delivered to a funeral that was not being held.

This company took my money for my mother's birthday flowers. The day the flowers were to be delivered, I received a morning email from the company informing me the flowers had been delivered to her.

I waited an hour later, called my mother to find out that no flowers were ever delivered! I called the company. Spoke to Cody in Customer Service who told me someone would call me back immediately to resolve the problem. No one called me.

I saved every email I sent to the company inquiring about my mother's flowers. I finally received two emails from the company at 6:30pm! First email said the flowers were NOT delivered and couldn't be and I would receive a full refund. The second email was from Tammy Manzella that she was sorry that my flowers were not delivered and how she waited until the end of the day to tell me!

She told me I would get a full refund. Guess what? My mother's flowers were never delivered and still do not have my money! I am contacting the bank to open a dispute.

Have you or anyone else you know have this experience with this company? I recommend every angry consumer to contact Better Business Bureau (Google them), file a complaint agains this company, then contact your state's Attorney General's office regarding fraud and consumer affairs. You can find out more about this company by entering the company's name in the Better Business Bureau's website.

It will tell you the name of the owner, Daniel, and contact information regarding his businesses. It will also show you the amount of complaints made against this company in the last 36 months, you will be shocked!

Wesley Berry Flowers - no delivery, no refund..

I placed an order on 10/6/10 for my sister-in-law. they said it would go out that day, it didn't. i called on 10/11/10 and they said sorry there was a mix-up and they would get it out that day. well, it's not 10/13/10 and no delivery. i called and Dave, who sounded like a woman said they are going out today. i said i wanted it cancelled and a refund, because they were a get well gift and she is almost well. after all, it's a week later... :-) she/he said they would do what they can to cancel the order and get me a refund. never never never use this company. they are a joke. wish i would have read some reviews before going with them..... they should not be in business.

We ordered 3 funeral arrangements for a dear family friend who served over 20 years in the military with my father...the site offered next day delivery..our friend passed on a Friday, we ordered the arrangements on Saturday to be delivered Sunday..We are miles away and could not be there. WE just learned from the family that our arrangements WE NEVER RECEIVED!

My account was charged over $300..NO ONE CALLED FROM THE FLORIST TO SAY THERE WAS EVEN AN ISSUE!

The person who took my call was lovely, but NOTHING can 'fix' this. Basically the person who was supposed to take care of my order just didn't find it important....

I ordered The FTD® Sweet Devotion™ Bouquet-Item# : 10-M5 for my mother for Mother's Day. I called the following week to advise that we were extremely dissatisfied with the flowers. My mother NEVER complains and she called the arrangement pathetic. The arrangement was to be all pink, 5 roses. I paid $63. She received 3 roses and some yellow flowers; a small arrangement that one would pay $8 for at the grocery store. I called to complain, was told that they would redeliver the flowers on May 14. Did not happen. I complained again and was promised a call back. Did not happen. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. IT IS A SCAM.

Never use wesley berry

Never, Never, Never Ever use Wesley Berry. Ordered flowers for an Aunt's funeral and they were never delivered.! Ordered 4 days ahead of funeral service and no delivery. Then they say, oh we put it in the "automatic *** by mistake", whatever that meant.?? Called and complained, and they had the gaul to offer to deliver the flowers someplace else.? Where else would I want them delivered.? The funeral is over, my Aunt is buried, and I'm embarressed.! What a shoddy practice. Offering to deliver them (funderal flowers), someplace else. They sure embarresed me,! Never use Wesley Berry. I will never use them again.

First time customer, Failed to delivery, Last time customer

I ordered flowers on line from Wesley Berry 4 days before Mother's Day. The customer rep. was eager to get my credit card information and gave me a Saturday delivery date. My mother-in-law never received her flowers. I was unable to reach anyone who could track my order. I left 4 phone messages with their message center. No one cared enough to call back. Still unable to find any information regarding my order. I thought this was a reputable company with a solid solid record. I was very wrong and would not recommend them to anyone every .

Delivered wrong flower arrangement 3 times in the row

I ordered flowers (item #10-S4 FTD for all you do)for my girlfriend's birthday from Wesley Berry flowers on 5.16.10. They sent a wrong cheap looking bouquet that was a total embarrassment. When she received it she described it as "Grandmother's funeral bouquet", how do you like that? I called customer service and insisted on replacement. They sent me another arrangement, which contained only 6 roses instead of 10 roses I ordered. I complained again,and they sent me a third arrangement that still contained 8 roses instead of 10. Three times they shortchanged me. The whole process of flower replacement took a week! They also promised a box of chocolates as a compensation for trouble, and they never sent it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you need flowers. They will take your money and never deliver what you ordered.

Recently they cut down the prices on a lot of products. I can tell you that local florists are not going to fill the orders as what you see in the pictures because it is under value. This will only cause disappointment at the end.

I also had a bad experience with this flower supplier. They are just not doing what they advertise.

What is it? False advertising, or unfair and deceitful business practices.

Wesley Berry Flowers didnt deliver flowers and 1 month later havent refunded me

I am a U.S. Soldier fighting for my country in Iraq and on Valentines day I went through Wesley Berry Flowers to deliver Roses to my devoted wife, I ordered them a week in advance and they were supposed to be delivered the Friday before Valentines day? They didnt deliver them so I told them its too late and to cancel completely and refund my $$. Almost 1 month later I still havent been refunded and have been lied to a number of times saying that they would make sure $$ was refunded that day. I dont have alot of time over here to be dealing with this, I have never in my 33 years of life dealt with such bad customer service. I am here protecting there freedom and they cant figure out how to make deadlines or follow through with what they tell me. I highly recommend not using WESLEY BERRY FLOWERS, they do not support there U.S. Troops and have the worst customer service EVER!!!

Wesley Berry Flowers is located in Michigan and runs a call center or order gathering center on the premises...He gets his orders by deceiving people ..He claims to be able to deliver flowers nationwide..When cosumers google a florist in the area they wish to have flowers delivered to Wesley Berry Flowers is one of the first choices to appear...if you place your order on the phone the customer service reps ARE NOT allowed to let the customer know they are located in Michigan...many florists in towns everywhere are getting requests from Wesley Berry to deliver flowers for ridiculous prices...way below the amount charged to the customers...if they can't get a local florist to deliver your order they will Fedex flowers in a box to the address where a deliver by a florist was expected ...even funeral homes ...that's tacky...please file a complaint with your credit card dispute charges....also file complaint with FTD or TELEFLORA if their name was used in the item order...also post reviews on other sites ...Yelp.com Detroit florist has been racking up complaints against this florist...contact the local Detroit tv stations channel 7 wxyz. Or wdiv channel 4 recently did a story and got results for a customer...Wesley Berry Florist is located at 2985 Haggerty rd Commerce Michigan 48390.....local number 248-668-**** also 248-669-****...248-851-****..let everyone know of your bad floral experience whenever possible....

Wesley Berry Flowers deliberately charged me for an order I cancelled.

Wesley Berry Florist has refused to refund my money for an order I cancelled while I was on the phone with them contemplating placing an order. They then sent me an email confirming I had placed an order when I did not. I immediately telephoned them back that told them I had not placed the order and to refund my card immediately and they said they would. I spoke with a Daniel, who is suppose to be the bookkeeper, who said I needed to wait 10 days, when the first person I spoke with had told me it would be refunded immediate. However it has been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing but lies them them. They have no intention of refunding my money.

I had placed an order online on October 20th, only to find out five minutes afterwards that the person for whom the flowers were would be traveling on the delivery date. I immediately called Wesley flowers and asked them to cancel the order, which they said that they did.

I was also told that the money would be credited to my credit card immediately. Two weeks later, I have a charge for the order on my credit card bill but no credit. I called again and spoke with someone who apologized and said that they would credit the money to my card within 3-4 days and send me a cancellation e-mail. One week later and still no credit!

So, I call again and speak with the same Daniel, who says that the money will be credited in 8-10 business days. I did finally receive a cancellation e-mail a week later, but the money still wasn't credited. Admittedly, I should've just gone through my credit card company at this point and disputed the charge, but I decided to give them a few more days. With the holidays, I completely forgot to follow up on the credit, and realized, to my dismay, in mid-January that I never received the credit.

Soooo, I called my credit card company, and of course, it was too late to do anything through them. Thoroughly annoyed, I called Wesley Berry three times until I finally reached the inept Daniel, who said that he would credit the money to my credit card within 24 hours.

Yeah, right. I'm not looking forward to spending my time reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, but oh well.

DO NOT USE WESLEY BERRY FLOWERS!!!!

Wrong Flowers/Wrong Order

I would like my money back from Wesley Berry Flowers, they delivered in the wrong day, WONG Flower Order and instead of the deluxe, they delivered the small bouquet. I would like my money back or my order made good by 9:30AM because my mom will be buried tomorrow at 11:00AM. My order was white Daisy's with baby breath. The order receibed are multicolor flowers of diferent kinds even two red roses, wich i did not order. I wanted a special bouquet and they sent a made up one of everything they found. I want tnem to make it good.

Wesley Berry service unsatisfactory

I ordered a plant arrangement from Wesley Berry for my brother's birthday. I chose an arrangement housed within a class planter so that his cat could not reach the plants. At the last minute rec'd email that they could not deliver in time. The plant delivered (late) was not the one I ordered, it was late, company will not return emails or phone calls. My brother's cat has been eating the plant because it is not housed in the glass planter I requested; also, the plant may be poisonous to the cat. I disputed the charge on my credit card. I'm not paying for it and will not use them again.

Extremely disappointed in a plant that was delivered for a funeral. Did not even have the right plants in the arrangement and much smaller than I saw on line.

Got a 50% refund and tried them again.

Sent 2doz. roses to my mother in the hospital and every one who came in her room said "who sent the dead flowers".

I will never order from them again.m7

I was also very upset and disappointed by this company. They emailed me the day before Mother's Day saying they probably couldn't deliver the bouquet.

I asked them to please deliver as this was important since my mom's brother has just passed away and I was living abroad.

They cancelled my order that morning and have done nothing to make it better. I encourage everyone to go with a different florist.

Thank you all for leaving these posts...I was in the middle of entering my credit card information to purchase what looks like a beautiful arrangement...the computer suddenly shut down and I stumbled upon this site while I was trying to get back to the Wesley Berry site.

Never in all my years have I ordered flowers from such an unprofessional operation. I ordered a spring arrangement for same-day delivery and THANK GOD I called an hour later to follow up on my order.

At that point they informed me that they would NOT be delivering same-day due to "computer problems". Had I not called I never wouldve known they would be a day late. Within 24 hours of delivery the roses I ordered had completely fallen APART! WHAT???

I paid $65.00 for a mid-sized arrangement that didn't even last a whole day upon delivery. Never again, Wesley Berry...NEVER again.

NEVER USE WESLEY BERRY!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO CLOSE THAT RIP-OFF OPERATION DOWN!

I ordered the deluxe chocolate basket for my daughter in law's birthday. The order cost about $85.00, and then I got a $20 credit with an on-site coupon. Their photo shows higher-end chocolate (Ghiradelli (sp), etc.). I swear, she received a *** metal bucket, with about 10 candy bars taped to plastic stakes (that are normally used to hold the card).

The candy consisted of one to two of each: Butterfinger, Reece's Cups, Baby Ruth, Grandmas Cookies, and a Nestle's Crunch. It was a hillbilly job! It looked like a second grade child had made it. I was shocked.

I contacted Mike, the supervisor and told me that he would send a coupon for my next order and then contact the florist who sent it and try to get it resent. Well, after about a week, I assumed it had been re-sent, but it had not. I had to call them 5 times and leave messages for their customer service to call me, but they never did. When I called W-B, the 6th time they told me the florist who made the arrangement would not re-deliver.

I guess they planned to never call me to let me know. I am an *** for not reading the reviews.

I will not make that mistake again!!!! IF THEY SENT ME A $1000 COUPON, I WOULD THROW IT IN THE TRASH!

Like the last person who commented. I really wished I had read the reviews before I used Wesley Berry. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend in the hospital. After finding out he had not received them, I sent an email and was told they would be delivered first thing the next morning, but that afternoon I discovered again that they had not been delivered. When I contacted Wesley all they said is that they would refund my money, no explanation.

I used my debit card to purchase and wonder if I will ever see my money? Does anyone know how I would go about a refund since I cannot get confirmation from this florist.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this place. I have never before dealt with a company that cares as little about customer satisfaction as this place does.

The flowers that were delivered were not even close to the the picture I ordered from and they could care a less about making the order right. They offered me a 30.00 credit against my next order (why would I ever order from them again??) or to PICK UP the original arrangement and deliver another one. How tacky!!!

I reluctantly took the measley credit (not even the full amount I paid...they refused to refund me) and when I went to use it against another order, found out I could not use it in combination with their web specials. All of their arrangements that are initially overpriced, are already marked down with a web "special" of 20.00 and I cannot add my 30.00 discount. It will only discount me 10.00 additional dollars so I am forced to spend a lot more money to send out another arrangement. The customer service people there could care a less about making things right and managers refuse to come on the phone to help resolve the issue.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They are a huge rip-off!

Ordered flowers for Christmas to a city they had on their list for shipments. Christmas Eve came a notice stating they couldn't deliver until after Christmas, but there'd be a letter of apology and an upgrade (I paid for the premium arrangement -- not sure what an upgrade could include). December 27th came a note stating the order would be delivered that day.

December 28th came a notice stating delivery would not be possible, and that they'd credit my Visa. PLEASE TELL ME WHY ANYONE WOULD WANT TO ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE?????

Ordered flowers, they weren't delivered

Ordered flowers on line from Wesley Berry Flowers on Monday July 21, 2008. Apparently they are a broker located in California. By July 23 2008 they still didn't deliver the flower basket. I told the the supervisor, to cancel my order. They would not do that. She said it would take 48 hrs to cancel an order and then it's not a for sure. I called 6 times, they won't cancel the order and will still charge my bank debit card. They were ruded and didn't care i got swindled. They stole $52.98 from me and my friend never received the flower basket. They won't give me the name of the local florist they are doing business with.

I emailed complaint, a month later I got emailed a promo code $40, and im still having the same problem, cant get it to work or delivered, and I call and they just tell you to do it online, they wont help you on the phone! whats wrong with these people?

Wesley Berry Florist Inc - Do Not Order From Them

Yesterday, I ordered flowers for my uncle in the hospital. I used their online order form and I immediately called the 800 number to ask if I would receive a delivery confirmation. The woman who answered said they do not give delivery confirmations, and told me to call back "before 7 pm). I called back at 6 pm. and reached a 24-hour staffed hotline. I had no idea they were located in Michigan. Since the customer service rep didn't know whether or not the flowers had been delivered, I called the hospital - THEY HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED. The customer service rep took down my information and assured me someone would call me this morning. Of course, they did not. I called the 800 number again. I reached a very *** sales rep who said, "Oh, your uncle is in the ICU and can't receive flowers." "I already CALLED the ICU, and they said he CAN receive flowers," I told her. "Oh, OK, then we'll deliver them," she said. This was too much. I told her to cancel the order and refund my credit card. She actually HUNG UP on me. I had to call AGAIN, speak to a supervisor, and get confirmation that my credit card would be refunded. Wesley Berry Florist is rude, incompetent - don't order from them. Better to find a florist that is, oh, I dont know - actually in the state/city you need your flowers to be delivered.

Wesley Berry Flowers fails to deliver

Wesley Berry Flowers is an online flower service. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my mother in law for mother's day, and placed the order on the Friday before. She did not receive the flowers on Saturday as scheduled. She received the flowers on Monday following mother's day. An e-mail to their customer service was not answered. A phone call the next day resulted in no call-back. Finally, today, I reached their customer service department. I was told that since she did receive the flowers (late) I could not receive a refund. They said they were overwhelmed with orders and are still delivering Mother's Day arrangements. (This is Friday after!!) When ordering the flowers on Friday before Mother's Day, there was no indication that they would not be able to fulfill the order as placed. I am totally underwhelmed with this level of customer service and will not use this firm again.
