Yesterday I ordered a sympathy plant to be delivered to a co worker. At 4 am, I had received an email saying it was processing the order and being sent to a floral design artist.
After 3pm, I tried to call customer service 3 times, only to be told each time, I would be transferred to customer service. Each time, nobody would pick up on the other end. Do not waste your time or money ordering from this company. I cancelled my card, and I will be turning them over to the fraud department at the bank.
This is the worst bait and switch scenario I have ever had to encounter. Unbelievable that a "business" is still running. I just seen other similiar complaints about Wesley Berry Flowers. I wish I would have seen the posts before placing an order.
Learned a valuable lesson today, which is shop LOCAL! I called a local florist, which is what I should have done to begin with.
That florist stepped up and will have an arrangement for 1/3 of the cost, and delivered within the hour.
