I should have read up on this company prior to placing this order I sent flowers for my mother's birthday via 1-800-flowers on April 26th, (for the cost) they were not very impressive, but at least they were alive. When a "special" advertisement was emailed to my my email address I thought from 1-800-flowers I was wrong it is from this Wesley Company I assumed they were also going to be alive, now I have been on hold for 20 minutes they advised they would send out living flowers but have had me on hold for another 10 minutes waiting. Wow what great customer service.
