I ordered flowers on Wed to be delivered to funeral home on Thurs - funeral was on Fri. Late Sat night I received an e-mail stating they had not been delivered (my account had been charged) and I needed to contact them so they could deliver them on Mon.
I was very upset and told them to go ahead if they could deliver them to heaven but if not, then cancel. I finally called enough times that they said they would refund my money but only refunded part of it. They told me they don't refund delivery fees and when I said there was no delivery, they said it was a service fee.
There certainly wasn't any service. My credit card company is disputing.
