I placed an order with WESLEY BERRY FLORISTS and was told they would be delivered same day - and an e-mail was sent out confirming the order.I received an e-mail 4 hours later indicating that they could not fulfill the order.
I immediatley called them to cancel as I need the flowers sent same day - they placed me on hold 3 times, hung up and finally I was told by a VERY rude agent that I should know that it is Christmas and they are busy. I should also read the fine print that they do not guarantee delivery - even though I was sent an e-mail confirming delivery. All I asked for was a refund - they refused to refund my delivery charge and service fee - even though no delivery was made.
Word to the wise - call a local florist and arrange delivery and STAY AWAY from Wesley Berry - ironically their complaint section on their website is down.LOL
