I placed 2 orders, one to be delivered to my mom, and the other to my boyfriend. Neither order was delivered yesterday, which was extremely disappointing.
I then got an email late last night stating one of the orders would be delivered today. It's now 1:30pm and nothing! Tried calling the number in the email, and all you get is the option to email customer relations, or leave a voicemail. I did both this morning and have gotten no response.
Funny how I was charged for both orders, and a ridiculous service charge for each order, and NOTHING was delivered. I am one pissed off customer, and will be contacting my bank at this point.
Monetary Loss: $200.
