I ordered flowers for my wife as an anniversary gift. A confirmation number was provided.

They were not delivered. I was out of town, so I did not know the flowers were not delivered for a few days. When I called to complain, they offered a $30 discount on the NEXT order. After explaining I would never use this company again, the customer service expert hung up on me.

After numerous calls back and two weeks later, a promise of a refund was made. I am still waiting.

Before you use this joke of a company, send a photograph of flowers instead- at least it will arrive. I should have done some homework on the company.

Monetary Loss: $100.
