I ordered twice from Wesley Berry thinking that the first disaster a few months back was a fluke. Wrong!
This time, their website said that same day delivery was available. That was a Saturday and I was so excited waiting for my sister's call expressing her delight and surprise. They gave the order to a florist that was 15 miles away from her, had an early cutoff for same day delivery, and wasn't open on Sunday. WTF!
Thus, the order wasn't delivered until Monday and was just put on the porch in the rain. They left a voice mail on my sister's cell phone informing her that it was there. She was at work and when she got the voice mail, there went the surprise. Then she was worried all day long thinking that the arrangement was going to be stolen or ruined in the weather.
Once she got home and the arrangement was still there in decent shape, what a relief. I was shocked when she sent me the picture. What was supposed to be a cute arrangement "Just Because" looked like an arrangement intended for a funeral. What a disappointment.
What was supposed to be a positive experience ended up being a major stress fest. I emailed both Wesley Berry and the florist they gave the order to.
It is a week later and absolutely nobody has responded.
