Worst service ever! I placed an order on 5/7 and they said it would be there 5/8. The order did not get delivered so I called on 5/9 and someone informed me they did not deliver because the payment had not been processed yet on my end, the credit card payment went through. The gentleman on the phone was very apologetic and said he would upgrade the bouquet, get it over on 5/10, and email me a $40 store credit. Well, still no flowers. I have been trying to get someone on the phone and nobody returned my call. I can't even tell you how many emails and calls I made before I got some helpless person on the phone to ask if I wanted to cancel my order? REALLY?!? We're they going to deliver them 2 weeks after?!? So pissed!!!
