A local florist called me today, stating that they received an order to fill from Wesley today, Saturday, two days after Valentine's Day, but couldn't deliver since my office isn't open. He has tried to contact Wesley Berry Flowers, but their phone system is a run-around and their email replies are automated.
The typical message he gets is along the lines of "We are showing that your delivery is in transit." He originally received that message 2/14, but the order wasn't even placed by Wesley to our local florist in Austin until 2/16.We have read on the Better Business Bureau that they refuse to issue refunds and have done this same thing to people's funeral arrangements.
