Ordered flowers on 5/16/2014 for niece's funeral for same day delivery.The flowers were NEVER DELIVERED.

You will never be able to say I am sorry for this. I will expect to see a credit on my credit card statement in the sum of $89.23. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business and hopefully they will be able to stop your company for doing this to anyone in the future. Shame on you!

I hope this is something that never happens to you or any of your family in a trying time such as a death of a loved one.
