I ordered over the phone a plant for my sister to be delivered in Evanston. The man with the Indian accent confirmed that a white orchid would be sent. Instead she received a bouquet with a lily and some carnations (for which I had paid over $50). I called this morning and a woman said they would deliver a peace lily plant today (an orchid was more expensive and I was quoted the incorrect price initially she said). I ORDERED FLOWERS FOR MY MOTHER IN THE HOSPITAL IN OCALA.THEY DIDN'T ARRIVE ON THE DELIVERY DAY AND I HAVE SPENT 3 HOURS ON THE PHONEL AND ONLINE WITH ZERO SATISFACTION. THE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE CONSTANTLY PUT YOU ON HOLD AND THEN CUT YOU OFF. IT'S BAD ENOUGH HAVING A LOVED ONE IN THE HOSPITAL FAR AWAY AND ALL YOU WANTED WAS SOMETHING SENT TO CHEER THEM UP. Ordered same-day flower delivery for a relative getting home from the hospital, recovering from surgery. Received a confirmation email the flowers delivered. They weren't. Spent 3 days, an email 9 phones calls later trying to solve the issue. Average hold time was 15+ minutes and I was constantly reconnected to new hold times. Wesley Berry Flowers has done a beautiful job for me throughout the years. They have several beautiful locations, and they have great employees. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a real florist to take care of their order. They have several delivery vans, which some of them they dont use. I ordered flowers for same day delivery. Same day delivery was guaranteed. Later that day, I got an email saying they would be delivered the next day and there was an additional 19.95$ "service charge". I tried calling and was left on hold for 27+minutes while a recording thanked me for my patience. I finally had to hang up. Went on-line and had blind faith that I was ordering from a reputable company. Placed an arrangement for a funeral and found out by email AFTER the funeral that the order could not be completed. As with other reviews, attempts at that point to call the 800 number lead nowhere-the 'existing order' prompt goes to voicemail and the 'new order' prompt goes to people with the canned response of "I can take a message but don't have access to... I should have known better... I will NEVER order another arrangement from this company. Customer service rep (after 3 disconnections) was rude and disrespectful. This company could not manage a same day delivery ordered at 9:15am, to a location 30 minutes from me...I stated several times... "Had to be delivered TODAY".... never got there and the occasion for the flowers cannot be replaced. I am a sucker for ordering with them 5-7 times a year... Read more

On April 20 I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on Sunday, April 21. A sympathy arrangement after the death of a loved one. The flowers were not delivered on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday . . . . Sent flowers, ad said $20 off today, but no no discount. Sent flowers but not delivered on day they said they would, called to change order and was on hold for over 15 min and finally after that wait transferred to message saying email us.Of course will not use them again but certainly hope their business suffers from this amazingly poor customer service. I wished that I had seen this site before I ordered Wesley Berry Flowers. My tale of woe...My daughter had major surgery and we wanted to send her favorite flowers in an arrangement to cheer her up during her hospital stay. I ordered a custom arrangement and paid extra for the same. What came was horrible. My granddaughter sent me a picture of the arrangement. I am surprised something even got to her because they spelled her last name... Read more
