I ordered flowers that were supposed to cost $27, with "free shipping" that ended up costing me $60. They charged $11 as a "sales fee!" If that were a sales tax, it amounts to nearly half the amount of the purchase--ridiculous. This company markets itself as local business, but it's anything but that. When I called customer service, the South Asian who took my call was incomprehensible. This is a BAD DEAL. I will never use this florist again.... Read more

Ordered flowers from what was listed as a local florist; received email stating high volume prevented them from making delivery 24 hours after order placed. Received another email stating that order was in route if not already delivered. 48 hours after placing order, order not delivered and customer service claimed my alleged tracking number was not in sync with my email address, was transferred to a "call center" where call not answered but... I found them on web and paid for 4 hour express delivery which didn't happen. I paid for premium roses and upgraded to exquisite rose bouquet and a "card" total $125. I got 8 puny red roses and two sprigs of baby's breath and the card was printed on paper with the printer ink running out! I tried to call and they hung up on me twice!

I ordered flowers for my daughter's July birthday by phone from Wesley Berry because their name came up 1st in a Google search for Austin, TX florists. No terms or conditions were given on the phone. I was simply told that the blue hydrangeas I ordered would be sent on the proper date. Customer service sucks. Paid for same day delivery but still have not recieved order. No refunds. Unable to track my order for some reason. Will never use again. Could say more but wont waste my time.

Bring back my money!!! I just cancelled my order just after I ordered, Nov. 5, 2014 because I found out that I had a lot of fees in my bill that's why my bill was so high amounted to $190.20!!! Their customer service reps will not help you especially in cancellation of order. Reps will just transfer your call to their cancellation dept. after you waited for 20-30 minutes for nothing!!!! You will never ever the chance to talk to the right person... Read more

I placed an order yesterday morning for "guaranteed same day delivery" for flowers. The received an e-mail at 5:33 pm saying the wasn't delivered and they didn't know when it would be delivered. They said they called me and couldn't get through to me. They said they would send me a $40 store credit in a separate email. None of this happened. No one tried calling me. My boyfriend ordered flowers from this company as my Valentine's gift. He was surprised that I never received them. A local florist called me today, stating that they received an order to fill from Wesley today, Saturday, two days after Valentine's Day, but couldn't deliver since my office isn't open. I politely asked and paid them to send a $50 arrangement to my great aunt for her 90th.. small town, so just to be safe, I asked for the day before--for delivery. Not only did she not get them, but they were supposedly "signed for." that cant be true because there is ALWAYS someone there with the dear lady. nobody recieved anything. I had previously ordered a beautiful arrangement for my sister's birthday in July. The arrangement was not delivered as "guaranteed" even after having paid a 20.00 "handling fee".
