I placed an online order (ref# 01759301) Feb 6th for guaranteed delivery the morning of Feb 14th. I paid extra for a guaranteed delivery day & morning delivery.
I also stressed the importance of a morning delivery in the notes section since my Sweetheart's workday ends at 3:00-3:30. I began calling WBF, Ltd at 3:00 when it became evident the delivery was not made. I called several numbers I found online and in the confirmation email they sent to me. 866-233-2186, 248-851-2881, 800-628-9371, 800-937-5397.
I left voicemail at 2 of the numbers after being on hold for several minutes and finally being rolled over to an answering service. When conducting my online search for WBF, I found the site www.wesley-berry-flowers.pissedconsumer.com where there are numerous complaints about this company and it's failure to deliver flowers when promised.
Unfortunately, I did this after the fact. I'm posting this complaint to save others the same frustration and disappointment.
