I submitted my order on the 31st of January to have 3 dozen roses delivered today and they have still not been delivered.I even called this morning to verify they would be delivered today and was told they would be.
I have been trying to contact someone with no luck except recordings that tell you to email them, which I have also done. I am still waiting on someone to contact via phone or email. So much for a special Valentines Day! This is absolutely unacceptable.
I would expect much better customer service, but from reading the other posts it seems as if this is common practice from your company.
I spent over $170 with you company, but rest assured, I will never spend another dime seeing how your company treats their customers.I would like a FULL REFUND as you DID NOT fulfill the services I paid for!
