I ordered flowers for my wife and didnt get a phone call that they couldn't deliver them the same day. They waited for 4 days until my wife got a call that they were being delivered.
I had tried numerous times the next day after they were supposed to be delivered to contact someone to cancel the order and only got an automated phone message.
No one returned my call, but I received an e-mail apologizing for the delay and the would give me a $30.00 rebate on my next order. (What a crock!!!)
I had to contact the florist directly to cancel the order and now have to dispute the charge to get my money back.
