I ordered flowers on a Sunday and was told they would be delivered that day. When I did not get a phone from the recipient I sent an email to the company to request status at 7pm in the evening, I stated if they had not been delivered to cancel the order.

I called the recipient the next day to find out that they had not been delivered. I tried calling the company 6x's and kept getting the same recording over and over, seriously it stated "for existing orders please press 2" which I did and the recording would start over "for new orders press 1 for existing orders please press 2" over and over, so I sent another email and received a reply stating they had received my request for cancellation, they apologized for the inconvenience and stated they would look into a refund then went ahead and charged my card anyway. No flowers were ever delivered.

Had to go through my bank to get the money refunded which was a real pain. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - TOTAL SCAM

Monetary Loss: $53.
