The Valentine's day flowers I ordered for my wife came destroyed. They had obviously gone through a very cold area and got frozen and showed up wilted and dead.
I left 3 voice mail messages and 3 email messages and never heard from them. I finally got a hold of them on 2/25, and because they were delivered, the best they could do is replace them and give me a $40 coupon to be used at their store. They would not give me my money back.
They said they couldn't control the weather so it wasn't their fault. Needless to say I'll never do business with this company again.
