I ordered a $150.00 bouquet for my sister's 40 yrs.old birthday but received only $20-$30 value cheapest bouquet.

Moreover, they didn't send it on time but a day later. When I called them, there was no any explanations nor apologies. But only mentioned, if I order from them again, they will give me $40 dollars off. However, from the previous reviews, people never received the $40 when they placed the orders again.

The Federal Business Bureau really should step in and do the investigation of this family business shop.

While I saw the reviews from the other customers, it proves my conclusion.

Call your credit card company ASAP and have them dispute the charges. Don't let these crooks steal your money.
