I ordered flowers on 8-2-13 to be delivered on 8-3-13 to my sister for her retirement.Received a confirmation number via email verifying it would be delivered.
Evening of 8-3-13 I receive an email that it could not be delivered....would be next day...Sunday...nope. Another email on Monday that it couldn't be delivered. Amazingly so, my credit card was charged right away. I called to cancel, they said already out for delivery.
I told them nobody home NOW. She said she canceled my order and I would be refunded.
I'm not holding my breath.Very embarrassed that my gift was not received......These people suck!
