Bring back my money!!!I just cancelled my order just after I ordered, Nov.

5, 2014 because I found out that I had a lot of fees in my bill that's why my bill was so high amounted to $190.20!!! Their customer service reps will not help you especially in cancellation of order. Reps will just transfer your call to their cancellation dept. after you waited for 20-30 minutes for nothing!!!!

You will never ever the chance to talk to the right person !!!!!

I have already

reported the SCAM incident and my bank told me that they will help me to recover my $190.02.This is a FAKE flower business!!!!!
