I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on her birthday, well in advance. Her birthday came around, no flowers, after receiving an email confirmation they would be delivered on that date.
Next day nothing, next day nothing. Sent a message to their customer service, no reply. I made a complaint on PayPal to try to get my money back and they said they were delivered. Yes they were, 4 days late.
I wanted a refund and they were kind enough to give me 20% off my next flower purchase......They suck.
I hope they go out of business. They are a rip off and I will flush my money down the toilet before they get another dime.
