On the 17th of December I ordered flowers to be sent to my parents that day.I called on the 19th, 20th, 23rd, and finally a woman told me that they would fed ex these flowers to my parents on saturday so they could get them before Xmas.

To my surprise it is the 3rd of January and they have not been delivered. I have already been charged and every time I try to talk to someone about my complaint they tell me someone will contact me.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS!DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
