Wesley Berry Flowers refused refund after their own error
Wesley Berry Flowers promised me same-day delivery, then sent me an email saying they could not deliver same-day. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund.
After four emails, two phone calls, and ten days had passed, I noticed a credit posted to my checking account. I thought it had been resolved.
Wesley Berry refused a full refund, keeping $25 for "handling", for an order they screwed up!!! Even the partial refund took ten (10!!) days to post back in my checking account.
I got a supervisor to admit the problem was entirely their fault, yet they still would not refund me the full amount.
