SCAMMED. I ordered flowers, same-day delivery, for a friend's birthday.
It never got there. Called the "customer service" line but it just rang off the hook, no one responded by phone. Today I got an email apologizing for the lateness and saying flowers would be delivered today but my friend still has received nothing. I asked for a partial refund -- trusting that maybe the flowers will still get there -- but was offered a $30 rebate instead.
I emailed to say I don't want a refund, but no response from Wesley Berry. Next step: Calling the BBB and disputing the charges on my card.
