You will see the same 'what happened' over and over in the complaint list.I ordered same day delivery for a funeral home.
Got email could not deliver that day. Next day they said they attempted to deliver but the person that died was already gone. Imagine that...They said they delivered to the church where the funeral was held instead but the flowers were not in the service nor did the family receive the flowers. I called customer service and spoke with the rep and Manager.
They said they would submit a ticket for refurnd but if they got confirmation from the florist that it was delivered they could provide a refund.
I did my best to state my case but went in circles with their reps.I was cheated and robbed!!!
