Same as others - order was not delivered and I called dozens of time for a refund. There was never a manager that could do anything and no one EVER answers at their customer service department or returns calls.
Never. This is criminal. The AG should investigate this piece of *** Berry for theft, fraud, and racketeering.
The poor people that answer at their overseas call centers have heard all of this before and are clearly fed up with all of the complaints. This whole company must be investigated by the AG or dept of justice for their ongoing criminal acts.
