I ordered flowers for my daughter from Wesley Berry, They weren't delivered on the day specified and it was impossible to get a live person to talk to..After calling 2 times a 10 minute wait each.
there phone system is horrible..Sent an email explaining the problem and they said they would deliver next day and upgrade flowers(which didn't happen). They also said they would give me a credit.....What a laugh
the credit can only be used on full price flowers not the prices that are listed on their website...The website wouldn't except the code number provided....called again...got answer quickly this time, but they didn't know how to take care of problem "My supervisor will call you back" I'm still waiting for that call...Called next day they told me they didn't call back because the shop was closed. Why didn't someone telll me that too.
Her supervisor will call me back with a solution.still waiting......sent email explaining the problem....their answer, code can not be used with sale price......
Needless to say it took the fun out of sending flowers on Valentines Day.....I called Pro Flowers, never had a problem with them.
