I ordered flowers to be delivered on 5/11/2013 and the total charge of 128.47 was billed to my bank account.The flowers never arrived.
Called and called, and only reached a voice mail to leave a message. I have not received a call back. I submitted an email and still no response. I plan to submit an internet fraud complaint.
I also plan to dispute the charge on my credit card.Unfortunately, we cannot get back the fact that the Mother's Day wishes never arrived and there is no value I can place on that of a Mother perceiving she is forgotton.
Monetary Loss: $128.
