I ordered flowers - same day delivery. By the end of the day they still weren't delivered so I called to check on the order - they said they could be delivered until 10pm.
By the next morning they still never delivered the flowers. So I called again and they told me to check my email for delivery status. I told them that I don't need to check delivery status - I know it wasn't delivered! And to add to that - I never received "email confirmation".
They had Poor customer service that gives you the run around.
Left me on hold forever for my customer service complaint/refund request and never connected me to anyone. I immediately called my bank and filed a fraud complaint.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of flowers. Wesley Berry Flowers needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
