I order Mother's Day flowers to be delivered on May 10th. They never arrived.

When I notified the company of this they said they had received confirmation of delivery and said they would email me a copy. To compensate for my trouble they also offered to send out a "Second" arrangement and give me a $40 in-store credit. I never received a "Confirmation of Delivery" email,,,,, probably because they never freaking arrived! I declined the offer of a second arrangement and credit and demanded my money back back immediately.

All of a sudden the "We Care" emails stopped.

This company is a joke. Never, ever use them!
