This is so sad to read all the dreadful reviews! It seems like something could be done to stop these people!
I also paid for express delivery which made my total $129 for 18 roses. When I called to confirm delivery they would just put me on hold until I would get so frustrated I would hang up! And I would get put on hold for over 20 minutes every time I called! I also thought I was working with a local florist!
the reviews on their website were glowing so I felt safe. Anyway, I paid through PayPal, opened a claim and now I have to wait for 10 days to get my money back!
