Flowers were not delivered on day as promised. I called to inform them the next day.

They offered an upgrade with a promise to deliver them that day. Once again, they failed to deliver them. The next day, I called to inform them. They promised to deliver them that day.

"CEO" Wesley Berry e-mailed me saying he was sorry, offering me an "exclusive promo code". When they were finally delivered, they looked like ***, nothing worth what I paid. Come to find out, this "exclusive" code is pretty much what the website offers anyway.

Wesley is a *** and I believe will be the demise of the entire company. Wesley Berry II, you are a failure.
