They not only were 3 days late on delivery...delivered a wreath instead of roses. When the mistake was pointed out they apologized, said they would redeliver and also issue me a credit for my losses. None of the above happened...bunch of ***. When I kept calling to let them know who I was they kept "accidentally" hanging up on me. A+. I suggest you steer clear. Even had an email from the "owner" clearly not concerned either. I got dooped thinking they were a local florist in Maine, no wonder such terrible service. Criminals.
