I am a first time customer to order from Wesley Florist.I recently purchased a funeral arrangement with a crystal cross and beautiful white flowers.
They sent wrong color of flowers with bright summer colors and no crystal cross. False advertising! Wesley Berry also double charged me and I have not been able to contact them by phone or email. I have tried to contact them four times and twice by email.
I had to send it over to the dispute service of my credit card company. When you order flowers, you need to ask what florist they are using.
When ordering on line you never no who will be getting for the florist.I will never use Wesley Florist again.
